Cover Quest – Where I ask for your discerning eye

I need your opinion!

If you are a woman, or if you usually read romance novels, please vote on your favorite covers for my new book. You can vote for as many options as you like but I ask you to please vote on just the ones you really like.

Of course these images are not the real covers. They are blurry and filled with stray lines and visual muck because they are just mock-ups (prototypes). If you have trouble concentrating on the content because of the visual “noise”, try squinting. ;)

Any of these could go with the story, so don’t worry about that. Imagine you are in a bookshop and you see these books. Which would you peruse?

Without further ado, here are the covers:

Christmas Treasures

Books about Georgian times

This Christmas I got all the books I really wanted thanks to my nice siblings.
Can you see a theme?
I’m writing a historical novel set in the Regency period so I need to do a lot of research.
Historical romance, when well written, is a guilty pleasure of mine. I’ve been wanting to write one for a long time but only now I feel the courage to do it. Well… When I say ‘now’ I mean in the last six months or so. These books are going to help me fix some gaps in my knowledge and, hopefully, help me write an plausible story. The fact that the tale is about a gentleman and his two wives it’s another story!
